S.W.I.M.R.S. Program

xThe Aquatic Adventures S.W.I.M.R.S. program is tailored for children ages 4 to 12, emphasizing safety and proper stroke mechanics. Our small class sizes—limited to just four students—ensure personalized attention, helping each child build confidence and develop strong swimming skills in a supportive environment.

Seal

The foundation of all swimming skills begins with comfort in the water, essential survival techniques, and proper body alignment to support skill development. Instructors will emphasize fundamental techniques such as floating, gliding, and breath control, laying the groundwork for effective stroke development.

Walrus

We build upon fundamental skills at this level, focusing on enhanced breath control, proper kicking techniques, and the introduction of arm movements for both freestyle and backstroke.

Ice Fish

At this level, students begin to develop independence in the water while building strength and endurance through kicking. They will also work on freestyle with a modified breathing technique and develop their backstroke skills.

Macaroni Penguin

Students will further enhance their strength and endurance while focusing on bilateral breathing in freestyle and refining their backstroke technique. By the end of this level, they will be able to swim 50 yards of both freestyle and backstroke with confidence and efficiency.

Risso's Dolphin

In this level, students develop their breaststroke skills while continuing to build endurance through focused practice of freestyle and backstroke.

Spinner Shark

In our final level, students develop their butterfly skills while continuing to refine their freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke. They will also focus on building endurance, preparing them for competitive swimming or becoming strong, confident recreational swimmers.
